BOKO HARAM GETS NEW LEADER, WILLING TO NEGOTIATE SURRENDER – CHADIAN PRESIDENT IDRIS DERBY

The President of Chad Idris Derby had told news reporters that Boko Haram is no longer led by Abubakar Shekau.
